Drop-Off Our Passenger Loading Zone offers a convenient drop-off spot adjacent to the main entrances of both theaters and our Conference Center for accessible needs patrons. Wheelchairs Our ushers are happy to assist patrons by providing wheelchair service from the Passenger Loading Zone into the Concert Hall or Center Theater lobbies. Please call the box office (800-988-4253) to arrange this in advance. Seating Access Our ushers greet accessible needs patrons at the Access Door (located on the path from parking lot to the Concert Hall), which offers quick access to all seating levels via the elevator, just inside the door.
