About
The ‘Erez’ Foundation, a search & rescue and contribution to the community non-profit organization, was founded in 1999 by a group of friends who actively partake throughout the year in both military and civilian extraction, navigation and survival in extreme weather conditions.
OUR ACTIVITIES
The commemoration of IDF Alpine Special Forces unit soldiers and providing support to their families
Several years ago, the ‘Erez’ Foundation embraced the Department of platelet donation at the ‘Belinson’ Hospital for children with cancer.
The Ski Training Project for disabled IDF veterans got underway in 2005 by former Alpine Special Forces unit commander Mr. Shimon Parienta and by Mr. Zvika Silberman, who is one of the main contributors of the project.
The ‘Erez’ Foundation embraces children, who are hospitalized in different departments (cancer, dialysis, etc.) in hospitals throughout the country, and taking them on one day trips to Mount Hermon, where they will enjoy activities and games in the snow.
