Variety - the Children’s Charity NSW is committed to empowering Australian children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs to live, laugh and learn. By giving practical equipment, programs and experiences, Variety helps children in need to overcome whatever obstacles they face and live life to the fullest. Simply put, Variety helps kids be kids.
OUR ACTIVITIES
Variety helps children by providing financial support for things and experiences, such as wheelchairs, equipment, therapy, and medical supplies when they can’t afford it, and when government support isn’t available. Variety aims to ‘fill the gaps’ and prioritises requests for which there is no, or limited, government support. Variety pays for equipment and services directly on behalf of the recipient. Through our three core programs, Variety also supports schools and organisations with equipment such as all-inclusive playgrounds and other educational needs. Find out more at www.varietynsw.org.au
