Adaptive Crossfit- Limitations are only in your head

My story and how I got involved in adaptive crossfit

My name is Diego Coelho. In 2011, I was involved in a car accident that left me as a paraplegic. I weighed 135kg and decided to have surgery and start doing physical activity. I am now 60kg and I have been a crossfit para-athlete since 2015.

I was the first Brazilian to compete in adaptive crossfit from abroad. I won the title of top 5 best para-athletes in the world! I am the creator and organizer of adapted crossfit tournaments in Brazil! I am also the creator of the first wheelchair for crossfit practice in Latin America. My dream is for this sport to grow more every day! I want to show people that limitations are only in their heads!
