Finding a way to do what you want
Hey everyone. My name is Ásthildur and I’m 26 years old from Iceland. I have Spinal Muscular Atrophy, type 3. I was raised with the same motto as the name of this site, "You can do anything". My parents used to say that to me, that I could do anything I wanted, I just sometimes had to go about it in a different way. Of course, no one can do everything, but everyone can do something. And for me, that was so important when growing up, and honestly, it still is. I love finding things that challenge me, to show people and myself what I can do.
