Two beach kids navigating the Spina Bifida world....and driving without a license !
Maria and Andrew Joseph might look like twins....but when they stop to chat with a stranger in the street, Maria makes her age (9) very clear! "Mom....why does everyone think we're twins?! I'm obviously WAY more mature than Andrew Joseph.....geez!"
Sure....everything we do requires a bit of creativity and a unique approach, but there is one thing our family is convinced of: we are called to share the laughter and joy that we've been blessed with, with the whole world.
We all need each other and are called to share in this journey we call life....and sometimes that will mean being generous with the blessings we've been given (there is NEVER a dull moment in our house!), and other times it will be receiving from others who are called to help us.
Now, if only we can get these kids a drivers' license (or at least a learner's permit!) for the next big Costco trip......the sample lady might not be so forgiving if Andrew Joseph runs over her foot again!
