My Foundation
On the 21st of April 2014, I was in a road traffic accident that resulted in a T4/T5 spinal cord injury. During my travels for physiotherapy, I noticed a lack of adequate disabled access in Nigeria. So I started a Foundation called Light at the End of the Tunnel. It was created with 4 main goals in mind. 1. To spread awareness of spinal cord injuries and other disabilities 2. To start a scholarship fund for less privileged and disabled children. 3. To raise donations to cover living and medical expenses for the disabled. 4. To influence disability policies in Nigeria We have a lot of work to do and I am committed to making Nigeria more inclusive. Equality for all can be achieved with the help and I believe in a better tomorrow.
