My name is Lulu aka, Ms. Unstoppable. I was born in Haiti, I came to the U.S. when I was three years old. I can speak two languages Creole and English. I have Cerebral Palsy. I have never let that stop me. After high school, I went to a technical school called Fort Myers Institute of Technology, people said I wasn't going to make it. I was wasting time. Despite that, I graduated from FMIT in 2012 as a Web Designer, and in 2013 graduated as a Medical Administrative Specialist. I started looking for a job after graduating. From 2013 to 2019 interview after interview, being turned down because of my disability. I never gave up. My friend asked me to volunteer at his business. That volunteer position turned into employment. One of the best things that have happened to me.
Becoming Ms Unstoppable
How the name Ms. Unstoppable came to life. My friend would always use #UNSTOPPABLE. I kind of (stole it) lol. I made it my own by adding Ms. to it. I never let anything stop me. It may take me longer to do things but, I find a way to do it. Sometimes I have to figure out an alternative way to get things done. I have a YouTube channel called Ms. Unstoppable. I show people what's it like living with Cerebral Palsy. I show people how I do my transfers and other things. Please go check it out. My favorite saying is BE UNSTOPPABLE.
