Hi I'm new to yoocan. I'm a 15 year old girl who has cpl. I'm in a wheelchair and my dreams are to live independently by getting strong, getting fit and completing school. I go to the gym once a week and before starting at the gym, I could not lift myself off my chair. Now I can do it, and many other things such as getting off the toilet, in the shower shower and etc.
