Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)

Jack Anderson

I love everything about my life now

I was in a car accident on May 20th, 2009 which left me paralyzed from the chest down- a spinal cord injury T-6 through T-12. I was given a 2% chance to walk again. I can now walk freely without braces and with a cane for short distances. I’ve become a pro wheelchair bodybuilder, and have competed in many shows including the first ever Arnold Classic Wheelchair League. I love everything about my life now. I am able to gather my 6 year daughter from my chair, I meet a lot of new amazing people, and I even get to help younger people cope with and push through their spinal cord injuries.
