Never stop believing in yourself!

Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)

Kimi Black

Introduction

Hi! I'm Kimi. (@kimiblack).  I had a bike accident in 2008, which lead me to be paralyzed from the waist down. I fractured my spinal cord (T3/T4 SCI), but I'm living my life to the fullest.

Years have passed and I have been putting on weight tremendously. I have been depressed at times. I tried to take my life away once, which I have regretted so much. There is so much life to live. I have been exercising and heading to the gym lately.

I thank my sister, who never stopped believing in me. She helps train me at the gym. I am very happy because I have the best family and friends that have supported me throughout the years.

I have not lifted myself for almost 9 years, and I still can do it! (Video on Instagram). Never stop believing in yourself! Follow me on Instagram to see my journey in weight loss and exercise where I push myself to the limit.
