This is my new life
Hello, my name is Lisa and I have had bone cancer since I was 12 years old. After a long chemotherapy and surgery with an endoprosthesis in my leg, my knee was stiff for 14 years. I didn't like this life, but I had to make the best of my situation. After many years of waiting for surgery that would correct my knee and visits with several doctors, I decided to have my leg amputated. Now, I love my new life. It was the best decision for me and now my new life begins. It's been a long and difficult road, but this is my journey.
