About My Life With Spina Bifida
My name is Brianna and I'm 12 years old. I was born with Spina Bifida. I have had 41 surgeries. I live life in my hot pink wheelchair, and nothing stops me. I dance, cheer and play baseball. My favorite thing to do is dance. I love dressing up, putting on makeup, and going on stage to show everyone what I CAN do. My teacher, Miss Kaitlynn, teaches me that I can do anything in my chair. She corrects me when I'm doing something wrong, and helps me fix it so that I can be the best ME I can be. I also like to do my makeup and go shopping.
Dancing With Chelsea Hill and The Rollette's
I recently traveled to California and danced with Chelsie Hill and The Rollette's. We danced and made a music video. I had so much fun dancing and hanging out with them. I look up to all the girls since they have wheelchairs too, and understand my life and what I go through.
Spina Bifida Surgery Recovery
When I returned from California I had to have surgery for Spina Bifida. Thankfully I recovered quickly, and I was able see the Jake Paul concert in Hershey, PA. I really enjoy watching his YouTube videos; my sister and I watch them all the time. They are so funny, and they make me laugh even when I'm having a bad day. When I grow up I want to be a teacher, a fashion designer, an actress, or a model.
